I am Britt, a project manager, consultant, and fierce advocate for homeowners. By day, I work in anesthesia, a role built on precision, accountability, and unwavering advocacy for the patients under my care. Those same qualities guide the work I do here at Project B Collective.

 

After a personal remodel that seemed to unravel at every turn with multiple contractors, financial overruns, legal violations, permitting delays, and tens of thousands of dollars lost, I realized homeowners/clients do not fail remodels...the system fails homeowners/clients.

 

I began to immerse myself in construction law, permitting, contracts, payment protections, and governing body regulations. I became the advocate I could not find, and now I am that advocate for others.

 

I believe homeowners/small businesses deserve to feel confident and informed, not intimidated. Contractors deserve clear communication and strong project coordination. Every remodel should be run with transparency, integrity, and accountability. I am here to bridge the gap between homeowners/small businesses and contractors so projects move smoothly - legally, ethically, and efficiently.
